Having trouble with reminder notifications

Hi,

I am having trouble with reminder push notifications. Yesterday, my motion sensor detected an intrusion when I was at home. This was an error because for some reason, my mode did not change to Home when I came home. It was not a big deal and I turned off the alarm. However, since yesterday, I have been receiving reminder notifications & texts on my cell about the intrusion. I have tried every menu option but cannot seem to turn it off. I removed by cell number from the push notification but that did not help. I disabled the Security option completely but that has not helped either. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

you need to delete it from the main SHM screen

I too am having this problem. Can you tell me how to delete it from the main screen? It appears on an hourly basis. I am new to the community so I apologize if this is a simple question.
