This is going to keep happening with reverse engineered integrations. Companies don’t want to pay for people hammering their servers with requests.

Also, they don’t want to pay for customer support time or take the customer satisfaction hit for unofficial integrations that don’t work.

Life 360 didn’t send notices but changed the platform so that it no longer works with reverse engineered integrations. We had people people on another platform who were hammering the servers every 30-60 seconds for updates. That’s a lot of traffic.
