I am trying to connect Google Home App and Smart thing but the text above keeps appearing. I dont know how to fix this.
You may want to reach out to ST Support. One possibility is it could be region locked and not available in your region. To contact Support - tap on Menu in the ST app and select Contact Us.
A Samsung account registered to an under-18 has been known to give that error when doing certain things. Is that a possibility?
