I just purchased 2 open/closed sensors and one motion go control package. The motion sensor paired easily. The 2 other sensors wont. When input the battery in the light stays red. When i put in hub exclusion mode i am able to remove them but they never show as a device in the hum or the web ui…the red lights never flash like it should… please help
are you trying to use a community device handler with them, or just the default?
What is the community device handler?
