Anyone else notice their globe suite integration isn’t working anymore? I had a few string lights and led strips that was working until yesterday. They all showed offline and when I tried refreshing the connection they disappeared completely.
Globe Suite use the Tuya backend, so you could try the Tuya or SmartLife integrations. Leave the devices in the Globe app, the in SmartThings go add devices, partner devices, then Tuya or SmartLife. It should ask you what app you are using. Use your Global email and password.
If that fails you could pair your devices to the Tuya or SmartLife apps and then use the corresponding integration.
Great tip, I’ll try this. I already have tuya and smartlife linked but I’ll relink them and see if it works.
You can only link one Tuya based app to an integration at any time. So if you are already using the SmartLife integration with the SmartLife app try the Tuya integration.
Or add the devices to the SmartLife app if you are already using it .
I tried all the combinations you mentioned and it didn’t work. Do you know if there is any edge driver for tuya products that might work?
To the best of my knowledge there are no Edge Drivers for Tuya Wi-Fi or Bluetooth devices.
There are Edge Drivers for many Tuya ZigBee devices.
