Getting an intrusion from a motion not in SHM?

I have SHM setup, it triggers a routine at a time to set overnight to Arm(Stay). I have a particular ST motion on first floor that is not included in Arm(Stay) SHM.

However, I’m getting text and notifications if I walk upstairs during night/after SHM Arm(Stay) is set from this motion. I can’t for the life see why.

Its showing in the ST iOS app as intrusion, in the notifications etc, but not sure why.

Can anyone help please, sick of my iPhone going off during night because of this.

  1. Try remove all sensors in yr SHM setup and leave 1/2 sensors to try out. Then add them back later.

  2. If still can’t figure out the issue, contact support.
