Is there anyway the new app v3, allows to write automation on - if a sensor is open for a specifoc period of time, do send alerts or notifications or announcements?
Also I have observed a weird behavior in the new app. I wrote a custom automation where i need to have a reminder announcement to disarm STHM as i dont wsnt any automation to automatically disarm the system.
I wrote the if condition like - if location mode is home and STHM status is armed, then send notification. But strangely I am getting a reminder even though I switch my location mode to night through a scene and set the system to armed home. Not sure why its happening. I do see a message that the location is set to night but the reminder automation still gets triggered, weird
