Geolocalisation precision?

Hi, is it normal that I can’t zoom closer to my house for more precision? SmartThings app tell me that I’m home when I’m at 500 meters around my home. I thought it can be 100 feets… but not 500 meters.

Minimum size I can get mine is somewhere around 300 to 400 ft, closer to 100 meters.
