GE Z-Wave Smart Dimmer Says it's Disconnected but

I just installed this switch last night. It’s been working fine, but when I got home from work I started getting this message.

The thing is, I can still control it perfectly fine with the Smartthings app, as well as Google assistant on my phone. And it displays it’s status (on/off and brightness percentage) normally in ST. It just constantly says disconnected at the bottom. I’m very new to all this. In fact, this is the first smart device I have actually installed. So I haven’t a clue what the issue could be. Any ideas? Thank you.

Of course, right after I posted this I checked and it’s back to working normally. :roll_eyes:
Still confused about all this stuff.
