GE Three way dimmer wiring?

Having trouble mapping the existing wiring to the GE/Jasco Smart Dimmer and Add-on Switch. I have an 2 outlets exactly the same as attached with two lights in the ceiling.

Both are wired like this:
Green=Ground
Red=Common
Blue on right top (as pictured)
Other Blue on top left (as pictured)
