I am having problems with a GE smart switch. I have to of them. One works just fine. It it’s further away from the hub than the one that is giving me problems. The switch will not respond to my Google Home or my phone. I have excluded the switch and reconnected it.
Had same problem last week and you’ll find many similar threads posted over the past few weeks. Happens a couple of times per year when the ST platform is experiencing issues/service outages.
