So, for some reason the GE dimmer in my bedroom that had been working for three weeks now only turns off and on. I can dim with the app on my phone. If the dimmer is in the off position, and i press the up button, the lights come all the way on, vice versa when the dimmer is fully illuminated.
Not an expert at all, but could be the hardware. Did you try unpairing it, and then trying dimming? Atleast you’ll know it’s the hardware, and not some weird thing with the software/apps. I had an issue with the garage door notifying me twice that it was open, ended up being two diff smart apps budding heads.
