12725 dimmer switch went to unrecognized status… I removed device and i cannot refind it in smartthings to reconnect it.
try running a General Device Exclusion
ST app: More tab: Hub is Online: Z-Wave Utilities
device was successfully excluded and removed from smartthings. it is in a 3 switch port with both other switches working fine. still not showing up.
Did you do another inclusion after the exclusion?
I did, no devices found
Pulled the air gap on the switch?
The radio may just have died. It happens. I’ve had two go out over the past two years. Jasco will replace them under warranty (two year warranty I believe). They won’t ask for the old one back.
I called them to get replacements.
