GE 12722 Smart Switch shows up twice

Hi, I am new to smartthings. I am in the process of hooking up my devices and the first switch I installed appeared twice when I search for new devices. I configured one and it works fine, the other one I switch off/on in my app and nothing happens - I don’t know why it is there. Any thoughts or suggestions?

If I go in to remove it, it says if I force delete this it may not be able to join your hub again until it is excluded by a controller (I have no idea what this means).
