I purchased the SmartThings know and control your home kit from Amazon about three weeks ago and have been adding to it ever since. I love it. One thing that I have been unable to accomplish with this system (because I have no clue on where to start lol) is to get my Foscam cameras to enable / disable the motion alarm based on my presence. I have five cameras…all are either FI9821W V2 or FI8910W. Remote viewing of the video or perform any other functions on the cameras is not needed as they will take care of everything else once that function has been enabled. Currently, I have to remember to turn this on before I leave each day via an “i” device app that permits me access to those functions.
Has anyone else attempted this? Thanks in advance for your replies.
