Flasher App Gone? (Edit: Only found the Template to make it myself)

I had a tripper acting up so I reset it, now I cannot find the app I was using anywhere. It was setup to flash my lights when the tripper (installed on the front door) opened.

Looking for “The Flasher” if anyone knows where it went…

How would I be able to choose whether I want to use the open or closed or both for the contact sensor? Is there a way to get that added in the app?
