Firmware update broke Connect Home

I have had Smartthings for a couple of years now, with very few problems. I recently deleted my Smartthings hub because I got the Connect Home that has the hub integrated. All has been well until 2 days ago when I was notified that I was upgraded to the new firmware.

Nothing works! Literally nothing. No bulbs, no switches, Alexa integration…
I’ve logged in and out of the account, tried to “add a device”. Zwave repair doesn’t seem to be working. Of course I work during the week, so I had to wait until today to call Samsung. Surprise! They are closed on Saturday!

Can anybody give me some insight? Anyone else had problems?
