Fibaro roller shutter 2 and Alexa stopped working (Nov 2019)

Hello, can anybody help me?, I use Smartthings and the skill in Alexa. In the past Alexa recognised the Fibaro Roller Shutter 2 (FGR-222) but not now and neither Google Home. What is the problem?.
