I have included a new Fibaro door/window sensor to my ST hub v2 but this does not send any sign when opening/closing the door. The ST hub shows under recent activity for the specific sensor info on the temperature, the battery and any moments that I remove the cover. I excluded and included again the sensor, several times, but this hasn’t helped. The sensor and the hub are brand new, and the sensor seems to be installed properly on the door (very close the 2 parts, meeting on the small line). Any idea what to else to try?
I had the same problem when mounting on a metal door. I have solved by putting plastic sheets between the door and sensor.
