Finally after nearly a year of messing around with these dimmers I’ve finally got them working.
I had them dimmer working correctly for a while but then for some reason they stopped working. You could dim them up to the brightness you required, or press once, then quickly press again to lock the light on otherwise it would go off after a second.
I’m now using hajar’s device handler, so I can use his excellent double click action but I had the same problem with them switching off. One of them worked correctly at the switch but that app couldn’t turn them on.
I’ve finally got the settings worked out that make it work in the app and at the switch, I think the settings that made the most difference were parameter 2, set to maximum brightness level 64. And parameter 6. by setting this to 6 the light switches on and off very slowly but at least it stays on.
This issue has really been holding me back from advancing my smart home, but hopefully know I can get some more dimmers and get more of my lights automated.
Mine is a 2 wire installation using 2-3 momentary switches. If anyone else is having the same problem as I had let me know and I’ll share my settings.
