But I couldn’t find it anywhere in the UK 
Good news, I bought this on eBay:
If I hold down the “on” (1) and “scene 1” (one dot), it successfully reset my Hue Bulb. I was then able to pair it with my ST hub. Yeh these remotes are dirt cheap in the UK!
