Is there any smart controller for this types of devices? It’s usually connected to SIEMENS RDG 160 T, or can be operated via BMS (Building Management System).

BMS has constant voltage 24v as power supply, then separate control circuit 0-10V.
Is there any smartthing/relay that can output exact DC voltage?
1st level = 4.5V
2nd level = 6 V
3rd level = 10V
