No I’m still using the device handler mentioned above. I’m worried if I go back to default I will lose the fade on off 
Did you update the firmware for your bulbs? also what kind do you have?
Hmmm…so, you are using Lightify v2 for the device handler. I am as well and still don’t have the fade. I will try resetting and re-adding and see what happens. Thanks for the heads up!!!
Yes I’m using the Lightify v2 and now all my bulbs have the fade. Did you update the bulbs firmware?

Anyway, I’m back on this bone. Still can’t get all my bulbs to fade. Near
as I can figure, I have some running an different application software than
others. Some show an application build of 92 while others show 03. They all
show an endpointid of 03. I dunno. Any new updates on your end?
