I contacted support and the usual excuse:
You’ve gone through a good amount of troubleshooting here but since the panel is out of warranty and the ADT panel is displaying “CLAIM CODE UNAVAILABLE” you will need to purchase a new Hub. We recommend you to buy our latest version hub V3.

I have the same problem. Is there a solution? I just bought this thing.
Just download the smartthings Classic app (an old version works betterfor me). Adt and samsung are breaking down their comercial line and the hub is out of support.
