Every time I sign in to the app, I get this


Any ideas what is causing this?
I’ve tried signing in via Wifi and via the phone network but its the same error.

Anyone experienced this and know how to resolve it?



@leedjones, what do you have set for Location settings (mode) on Android?


Its set to ‘high accuracy’


Ok, well at least I thought I’d ask that to start. When you look in the Rooms view and then Family, what’s the the most recent activity for for your device? Has this happened before?

I also get this - doesn’t seem to affect anything that I’ve noticed but it’s a bit annoying.
