Everspring SM-103

As much as I’ve tried, I cannot get the Everspring SM-103 Z-Wave Door/Window Sensor to pair with my hub. I’ve read of other problems with this sensor, but not with it not pairing.

I’ve tried removing, replacing batteries, leaving on for an extended period of time next to the hub, all the switches and connectors I can think of. Any other suggestions?

I will be using it as a wall switch to control a fireplace FortrezZ MIMOlite.

if it is like others can you try holding button as you insert battery. not sure but that worked for some I had trouble with…

also try a general exclusion first… it probably thinks it is already paired
