Error when trying to integrate device matter, of ST presents code 39-513. I tried integrating the matter switch several times, but the system displays the same error. The curious thing is that this device already existed in the ST and went offline after the update.
Factory reset the device before commissioning it. Keep in mind that most devices are only for a few minutes in pairing mode.
I reset it and it’s still showing the same error. I also tried it on the Tuya M6 ZM hub, and it shows a communication failure. I think the device is broken.
Hi, @Casa_Virtual_Automac
Checking the error in our list, it means “Failed to establish Certificate Authenticated Session Establishment (CASE) session between hub and device with timeout.”
So, if there are other hubs reporting a communication failure, it is possible there’s an issue with the device.
If you want, we can ask the engineering team if they can help us confirm that the device isn’t responding as expected using the Hub logs.
@nayelyz @Andreas_Roedl I found out what the problem was. After trying to install the device on V3 and the Tuya Hub, I tried the Samsung TV hub and it worked. However, even after installation, the device wouldn’t execute commands. I checked my router settings in the TP-Link Deco X10 app (the model I use at home), and to my surprise, the firewall had isolated the device’s IP, preventing it from communicating with anything else on the network. I was shocked by this; I’ve never seen TP-Link do that before. Once I removed the IP from isolation, everything started working. A few months ago, I caught my robot vacuum trying to access my laptop while scanning the house. The firewall flagged it, so I isolated that device…
But you won’t tell us what device it actually is, though? That would be an interesting piece of information.
I’m traveling for work, so I’ll check as soon as I get back home. I know the Switch and the robot vacuum cleaner are Tuya. The robot vacuum is the Kabum 500, produced by Liectroux XR500. Both are white label.
