I am trying to add my hub version et wv521 to the ecosystem, but I keep getting error 36-302. I have already tried on both iOS and Android, and I’ve performed a factory reset as well as the firmware update process with the purple light. The device is brand new.
Just to note: these were first introduced in 2018 I believe and have not been manufactured in several years. Plume no longer works and possible ST no longer supports it on the hub side. Support can answer that. Even if you got it connected, I doubt you would get t use ito for long. Best recommendation would be to return it and get your money back. Then buy one iof the newer hubs (V3 or Aeotec V3/V4).
Hi, @marvic321
As @jkp mentioned, this is an old Hub version. I don’t know the extent of its support, so I suggest you contact Customer Support to ask about this, since we don’t have info on whether this is expected to work.
