Using a SHM routine to perform an exit delay with Lannouncer or Speaker sounds is currently available in my [SHM Delay TrueExit](https://community.smartthings.com/t/release-shm-delay-trueexit-create-a-smarthome-true-exit-delay/98696) smartapp. The app may run standalone or with the [SHM Delay](https://community.smartthings.com/t/beta-release-smarthome-delay/95991) app
