Enthusiast Kit Arrived, but not working

I was so excited last night when my two packages arrived from SmartThings; all unboxed and ready to go.  Unfortunately, I’m not able to pair any of the things to my hub, though I was able to activate my hub and see that it’s getting IP address.

I’m constantly stuck on searching.  I’ve tried two multi-things and a wall outlet z-wave device; none of them show up.  I’m using an iPad as my client if that matters.

Ideas?  I’m so close to instrumenting the house and eager to get started ;-).

Did you try using the in-app support or e-mailing support@smartthings.com?  I’ve found them to be extremely responsive.
