Enbrighten dimmer 43080

Recently I decided to install in enbtighten smart dimmers model 43080.

I did this based on the new SmartThings have not having z-wave. Prior to that I was leaning towards z-wave.

So I installed all these and several Banks of lights flicker. Called jasco, the manufacturer of these.

They can’t seem to tell me what type of bulbs I need to purchase.

I’m imagining that the output of the dimmer is not providing enough power for the bulbs.

Does anybody know the operating range so that I can find a bulb that will work?

They told me they had no documentation on what the range is. Should have just bought aeotech, but now I’m into it $1,000 and lots of time DIY. It’s not even the money it’s the time to rewire everything in the hassle.

Can somebody"had some light" on this?

I am UK based so have no experience of this dimmer product. Hopefully somebody with more knowledge will comment.
That said, what type of bulbs do you have in the flickering banks? Are they CFL of LED? Are you sure they are dimmable? I assume you have not exceeded the 600w incandescent (300w CFL/LED).
Just some thoughts.

It’s Enbrighten not Enbtighten - you may want to fix that so people can actually research what you’re talking about.

I’ll double check the parameters, but I’m almost positive the bulbs fall in that range.

So… Yeah. I did, but apparently it didn’t go through likey due to the concrete building I’m in.
I changed it on my PC.
