Enable Matter TestNet DCL for Samsung Hub

Hi
I’m doing the development for my Matter over Thread device. I’m using Samsung Hub Model EP-P9500.
Now I want to test my OTA function using Samsung Hub and Matter TestNet DCL. I know it will need permissions to let my hub operate with Matter TestNet DCL.
Please let me know if i need to provide information about my Hub.
