This feature does not work on all devices. That’s why it says try.

When you change the value in preferences you can see in the CLI logs if the device supports attribute 0x4003 or 0x8002 or neither.

Thank you @Mariano_Colmenarejo. I think you mentioned somewhere that you have integrated “SmartThings Multipurpose Sensor Mc” into “Zigbee Contact Mc”. So does this mean that if we have any device using “SmartThings Multipurpose Sensor Mc”, we should switch it to “Zigbee Contact Mc”?
I appreciate all you are doing for this platform.

Thanks always for your great efforts
I am using your Edge driver “Zigbee Multi Switch and Child Mc” latest version “2022-11-15T19:59:17.536797195” with Zigbee 2 gangs multi switch
Once i change from settings and create single Device for Switch2, the new created tile for switch 2 starts working on/off very well but after some time, it become not responding and doesnt switch on/off!!
Is this known issue?
in order to make it working again, i go to settings in main tile and change " Single Device to Action All on-off" from no create to creat then click on new created tile of " Single Device to Action All on-off" and then delete the new created tile for Action all on-off`, after that the tile for switch 2 starts working again for sometime then stops again
any idea why?

I have two multi-component devices with child devices created quite a while ago, when the driver was released, and they have never gone dead.

If it happens again, you can send some logs of when you click on the child devices to see if there are any errors

And selected “Temperature Tile Info” in Settings. I was expecting the temperature to show up as default in the Tile, but it is showing “Open/Close”. Is my expectation incorrect?

Oh, one small bug. While the temperature is displayed in the Tile, the default icon is still door (open/close), and not an icon of a temperature sensor.

The profile has the thermostat icon, but if you changed the icon to one of the ones that gives you to choose the App in the edit menu, then that is the one that device keep.

I kept the “ContactSensor” categories so that the ContactSensor icons could be chosen
You can uninstall the device and re-bind it to show the profile icon or install this version which has the Thermostat categories
