Edge driver for Temperature & Humidity doesn't allow offset

I have a number of different Temperature sensors and when I pull up settings to change the offset to -x the minus sign is not available on the IOS keyboard. How then can I change offset to minus? This is happening on the Zigbee Humidity sensor and a few other Edge drivers.
