I called ECOLINK this morning with a simple question regarding one of their products and was too happy when an actual person answered the phone.
Then that same person actually took one of their units off the shelf and looked at it for me t verify that the newest model has screw terminals for a dry contact.
What a GREAT company!!! Their Great customer service earned my business!
