Cool. But something similar could be done more easily. The Ecolink Contact sensor has screw terminals for a reed contact sensor. You could simply wire in a small button instead. It would be a very easy way to accomplish the same thing without having to use a giant red button that says “EASY” on it. You could also use a tiny switch or put it in a project box or mount it under a desk or in a outlet box or . . .
