Duplicate events

I can’t remember who asked me for this, but, yes, I have logs showing Smart Lighting automations sending multiple duplicate events.

This is a very simple automation–turn on a light when a motion sensor is tripped at night.

It shouldn’t even be possible for it to fire this often but it does, sometimes.

I see this a lot also. I don’t have duplicate task/routines/scheduled. My setup is working fine so I’ve ignored it.

@JDRoberts Its because may be one of the commands will actually turn the light on? :wink: I have seen some duplicate commands when I open/close the closet doors though.
