Dual Users controlling Thermostat

I have my Honeywell thermostat linked to my Smartthings Hub and presence sensor. I will soon be adding another user to my SmartThings hub

I have a SmartThings app connected that turns the heat down when the User is not present. However, I need to make sure that the SmartThings app connects only when >>both<< users are not present.

Any suggestions?

I do this with my honeywell using an away mode and the keep me cozy II app. If no one is home, the thermostat is turned off.
