Here is what command prompt is saying
I have python get-pip.py in my downloads folder
C:\Users\rsoar\Downloads> python get-pip.py

After i saw what you wrote above i probably have PIP installed so i tried with the requests etc
C:\Users\rsoar\Downloads>pip install requests
’pip’ is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
C:\Users\rsoar\Downloads>pip install pyopenssl
’pip’ is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
