Do you know your device’s fingerprints?
If not, you can try to connect it to SmartThings; it should be picked up as a Zigbee-Thing if there’s no other similar driver that could control it among the official ones.
Then, you can go to the Advanced Users app > Devices, enter your device and see its description in “Model” and “Manufacturer”
If it doesn’t get picked up by any existing SmartThings driver or it doesn’t work as you expect, it means the device isn’t WWST (Works With SmartThings) certified.
So, in that case, there are some Community drivers that can help you. You can look in these posts if they help:

A popular Community developer shared a Window treatment driver and the supported fingerprints are mentioned here: https://github.com/Mariano-Github/Edge-Drivers-Beta/blob/main/zigbee-window-treatment/fingerprints.yml:

If it doesn’t get picked up by this driver after installing it, it means the fingerprint must be added, for which you need to kindly ask for the help of the developer.
If it still doesn’t work as expected, it might need a more custom code to control it.
Note: there’s also a driver in that channel called “Zigbee Thing Mc” which provides info on the device’s fingerprints, clusters it supports, etc. So it can also help in case the existing driver doesn’t work completely
These should detect as roller shutter controllers, and run on the default “zigbee window treatment” driver, no?
