So I have a Kwikset dead bolt that says it is off line. Yet it will lock and unlock with routines. But I can not lock or unlock it from the Devices tab because it is off line, Run one of my saved routines that unlocks it and it works fine.
I was having this problem with my Kwikset 910 Zwave. Converted it to Zigbee and seems to be much better.
