Does the ST platform support the Zigbee emergency button device type? No corresponding “Capabilities” were found. How can we achieve the function of reporting through the button and notify family members that there is an emergency situation?

What do you mean by this? Do you have a device of this type already installed?
Generally, a button uses the capability with the same name and receive the events of “pushed”, “held” and others.
If a device is fully supported in the platform, they are announced as Works With SmartThings. Otherwise, it might be able to connect but will have the basic functionality depending on which clusters the device reports it supports.
