We try to get here daily and respond to threads where appropriate. Once the Kickstater rewards are all fulfilled we are going to be able to focus all support activities at our Support Knowledge base site as well as interacting with the developer and maker community here. The distinction is important. This site is for developers/makers, by developers/makers. It is very much a community while our support channels are there for technical issues and questions that may arrise.
