Disappears when unlocked - Schlage Connect Camelot (BE469)

We have a Schlage Connect Camelot (BE469) and it always disappears from my phone app when we unlock it from our phone, and when the system automatically unlocks when we get home. It normally disappears for, maybe, a minute.

Also, we are suppose to be able to lock it by simply clicking the “Schlage” button on the outside. 50% of the time that works, the other 50% it requires us to enter the code. (The “Lock and leave feature” is enabled.)

Anyone else experience either of these issues?

I’ve never heard of these issues. If it’s a new lock, you might consider unpairing it, and exchanging it for another. It sounds flaky…
