About 75% of my 134 devices are offline. I tried rebooting the hub several time no luck, I can ping the hub though. Any thoughts? thanks.
how did you reboot? which hub? try powering off your hub for several minutes and remove the batteries if a v2.
Did the software reboot and hard reboot by taking out the batteries and unplugging it for 15 mins.
