I had to factory reset my phone, and my hub and doorbell (ring) are both online, but all my lights are showing up as offline. This is on the app and the My Devices tab. The routine information shows as follows, which I believe to be part of the problem:
This Device (E44B) ↔ Unknown Route (???) ↔ Hub
Try rebooting your hub in IDE and see if that has any change.
