Smartthings Devices go Offile all the time. What do I need to do to fix it?
Turn of Device Health Check for your SmartThings Location (it is a toggle in the App).
There’s actually a good chance that your Devices are not going Offline as much as the App implies. The feature has been less-than-optimal since its release a long time ago).
Other than that, use the Forum Search feature for FAQs related to network, etc…
