Device type preferences of type "password" should be hidden

No kidding! I just noticed the same thing and created a topic for this also! I hope they can update this because right now it makes me quite nervous! +10! +10000000000!

Password protection in preferences!

I have just noticed that in the “preferences” pane of each device all the settings are shown in plain text. For one of my devices I have entered a password. When I click “edit” on the preferences it stars out * each letter but on the device preference screen the password is just shown in PLAIN TEXT? I’m sure this is a simple oversight. The ST IDE obviously knows the value is a password to star it out when editing, so I would suspect it would be fairly simple to star out the password on the device screen! Thoughts? Thanks!
