# "Developer access granted" - not working

Hallo,

since 2 days i’m not able to login as a developer:

[https://graph-eu01-euwest1.api.smartthings.com/](https://graph-eu01-euwest1.api.smartthings.com/) -\> Become a SmartThings developer.

i get the message “Developer access granted” - but the additional menus (device handler, logs,…) are not shown.

Does anyone got the same problem?

I have the same issue and myApps no longer show up on my iOS device (under marketplace, smartapps, myapps).

I really need to add some device handlers and I can’t access the tools I need!

I have two tickets into support but haven’t heard a peep over the last couple days.

Anyone else have this issue besides Martin and I.

Same things here. I was tying to use the IDE for the first time. “Developer access granted” doesn’t work.

“Great news! I was able to reach out to our engineers and they were able  
to successfully assist us in resolving your issue. You now have  
developer access.”

the support resolved my issue!!

I’m having the same issue as well. Please fix, already submitted ticket to support but no response over a week now.
