[DEPRECATED] webCoRE Installation Process Feedback

Glad you figured it out

I am final getting around to WebCore and I installed and published all four code segments, assigned devices, chose a password and able to login to the web interface.

I am confused because in my Automation/SmartApps I have 17 versions of webCore. Only the last one in the list contains the setup information. All the others act like brand new setups. Any idea why this happened? And is there a way to get rid of all the decoys?

Here is what it looks like from the IDE

Not sure what caused it but I ended up deleting everything and did a fresh install and it didn’t put a bunch of extra WebCore.

I cannot access to https://dashboard.webcore.co/ it just keeps loading (grey background with animated square at lower right). My pistons are working fine though so now I cannot create/edit anything. Been trying on my mobile 4G network, home ISP and office ISP, all browsers authorized. Any idea?

Can you please hard reload the browser? Any error in the console?

Hi Ady624, no error at all, it just keep waiting on the grey background with the animated square at lower right

By the way, if I use a new browser, it does ask for authorization code. Once I entered, it is back to the screen I described
If I refresh it, it asks for authorization again

So what now? It has been days of this failure. Anyone know who can take care of server issues please?

Sounds like your location has no timezone set. You need to provide some logs, please look into your IDE under Live Logging

Hi Ady624, time is correct, Asia_HongKong, logs are flowing with correct time.

Some log samples are below, thanks!

In the IDE, open live logging and then try to open the dashboard. Any error lines in the logs? I need those

Unfortuneately there is no log on IDE while loading Webcore dashboard. Only logs are those sensors stuffs

I have asked smartthings support to change my email address. Would this be the reason? Because all browsers I have registered need to register again.

No, unless they changed your account id too.

I see, so any idea?

Hello,

I followed the guide.
I enabled the Oauth for webcore and updated, but in my smartthings android app in the market place i cannot find a My app section.

Any idea of what I might be doing wrong?

best

Is this your first time publishing an app? If so, this might be an old issue where you have to log out on the mobile app then log back in to get “my apps” to appear.

Hi, I am having the exact same problem, I tried signing out of the app, but still no “my apps” section
is there somewhere else where I can trouble shoot?
